What materials are SCOUT bags made of?
Most of our bags are crafted from our signature 'all-weather woven' fabric, which is lightweight, durable, and water-resistant. It is designed to hold its shape and can be easily wiped clean.
How do I clean my SCOUT bag?
Cleaning is simple! For our woven fabrics, just use a damp cloth with mild soap and water to wipe away dirt. Avoid machine washing or dry cleaning to preserve the material's integrity and patterns.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your SCOUT gear. We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or final sale items cannot be returned.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, transit time usually takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental U.S.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are looking into expanding our shipping options to international customers in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are usually unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before checkout.
