At SCOUT Bags, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your unused items back into their original packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
